How Exclusive Releases Work

Non-Allocated Releases

Non-allocated releases will be made available to all members simultaneously at the announced release date and time. These releases do not follow the Wave allocation structure and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Members may enable instant notifications to be alerted when the release goes live.

Allocated Releases

Allocated releases are built to reward engagement while staying fair over time. No one holds priority forever — your position only matters if you choose to use it.

Each allocated bottle is released in three clear waves.

Loyalty Points Allocation — 50%

50% of the total bottles are offered first to members on the Loyalty Points Tracker, in rank order via email.

You can view your loyalty points standing by joining our official Discord and heading to the Loyalty Points Tracker channel. You may also request your rank and details by simply emailing picks@brbnfndr.com.

Each bottle has a set loyalty point cost based on the yield (typically 3–5 pts). This cost will be clearly defined during the offer.

When it's your turn, you can:

Spend the points and purchase your bottle, or
Pass and keep your points.

In addition, one member from the Top 25 XP leaders is randomly chosen at each release and gets one bottle in Wave 1 (no loyalty points required).

XP is freely earned just by participating in the Discord community. To check your rank in Discord, use /rank.

Any bottles not claimed by loyalty leaders will be offered to the next eligible members with sufficient loyalty points. If bottles remain after all eligible members are exhausted, they will roll into the next wave.

Once the Wave 1 participant list is finalized — consisting of members who elected to redeem loyalty points and the randomly chosen XP member — those members will receive a private purchase link via email. Checkout must be completed within 24 hours. Any inventory not purchased within that window will be released into Wave 2.

Note: Loyalty points are awarded for purchases of non-allocated releases only and are not awarded for bottles purchased in any allocated release wave. View the difference between loyalty points and XP and how to earn them below.

Pro Member Allocation — 25%

Remaining bottles from the previous wave, plus 25% of the total allocation are offered to Pro Members.

No loyalty points required.
Pro members receive access through the BRBNFNDR mobile app 24 hours prior to the scheduled release date.

General Release — 25%

Remaining bottles from the previous waves plus 25% of the total allocation are released to all members through the BRBNFNDR mobile app.

No loyalty points required.
No one is excluded — all active members have access through the BRBNFNDR mobile app on the release date.

Allocated bottles will always be limit 1 per member no matter which wave it was purchased in; additional purchases will be canceled. Active membership is required — orders placed by non-members will also be canceled. Canceled purchases will be immediately released back to the inventory for Wave 3.

Loyalty Points & XP

One rewards purchases, the other rewards community participation. Both can get you access to allocated releases.

Loyalty Points

Used for: Wave 1 access to allocated bottles. You’re invited in rank order and spend points per bottle (typically 3–5 pts), or pass and keep your points. Check your rank in Discord (Loyalty Points Tracker) or email picks@brbnfndr.com.

How you earn: One point per purchase, usually — and only for non-allocated (first-come, first-served) releases. Allocated-wave purchases do not award points.

XP (Discord)

Used for: A chance at Wave 1 access to allocated bottles. One person is randomly chosen from the Top 25 XP leaders at release time (no loyalty points required). XP also unlocks participation in tiered level giveaways in Discord, exclusive trips, and more. Check your rank with /rank in Discord.

How you earn: Community activity — chatting, discussions, helping other members, posting bottle reviews, referring people to the app, and more. No purchase required.
